NOTE 9 — SEGMENT INFORMATION The Company currently operates in a single business segment. Management uses one measurement of profitability and does not segregate its business for internal reporting. Sales to customers located in the United States accounted for approximately 61%, 63%, and 63% of net revenue and international sales accounted for approximately 39%, 37%, and 37% of net revenue for the years ended December 31, 2015, 2014, and 2013, respectively. No individual international country represented more than 10% of net revenue during the years ended December 31, 2015, 2014, and 2013. Net revenue by geographic location based on the location of customers was as follows (in thousands):
