NOTE 14—SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On May 4, 2023, the Company filed a registration statement on Form S-1 for the issuance of Series H Convertible Redeemable Preferred Stock with a liquidation preference of $50.00 and warrants to purchase one-half of one share of Series H Convertible Redeemable Preferred Stock. The equity raise, which is subject to conditions including the SEC declaring the registration statement effective and market conditions, is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2023. |
